Decoration One Featured by Niswah Middle East at Amman Design Week 2026

We are delighted to share that Decoration One and its founders, Susanne, Suha, and Sally Baalbaki, were featured by Niswah Middle East as part of its coverage of Amman Design Week 2026.

The feature celebrates women artists, designers, and makers from across the Middle East whose creative work connects cultural heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary design.

Celebrating Women in Design and Creativity

Under the theme “Accumulations,” Amman Design Week 2026 brought together talented women from Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia.

Through diverse materials and artistic expressions, these women explored the relationship between heritage, memory, identity, and modern creativity.

Decoration One was proudly recognized among the featured creative voices contributing to the region’s evolving design landscape.

Decoration One: A Journey of Design, Heritage, and Memory

Founded in Amman in 2010 by sisters Susanne, Suha, and Sally Baalbaki, Decoration One is a Jordanian design and homeware brand inspired by craftsmanship, cultural identity, and meaningful living spaces.

As highlighted by Niswah Middle East, Decoration One’s Wadi Saqra showroom was transformed into Memory of Tomorrow, an immersive concept store exploring contemporary Arab identity through craft, hospitality, and memory.

This creative experience reflects the brand’s connection to Jordanian and Arab heritage, while embracing contemporary design and artistic expression.

A Meaningful Recognition

We are honored to be featured by Niswah Middle East alongside inspiring women who continue to shape the future of art and design in the region.

Our sincere thanks to the Niswah Middle East team for highlighting the stories, creativity, and contributions of women during Amman Design Week 2026.
